Serial entrepreneur, private investor and bestselling author Glen Hall today announces the launch of Talent Insight Group, a consultancy that will work with organisations looking to make better informed strategic talent decisions.
The business will be headquartered at Quorum Park in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The team
Glen will be joined by a strong management team including Joint Managing Directors Tim Gleave and David Steel. Both are former senior executives at Write Research Company, which Glen founded in 2001 and into the number one talent intelligence business in the UK before it was acquired by Capita Group in 2013. Emma Mirrington, co-founder of The FIRM, also joins the Board as Talent Director.
Dawn Marriott, currently an Operating Partner with HG Capital and former COO of Capita plc, joins the business as Senior Non-Exec Director.
What motivates us
Commenting on the launch, Glen Hall said, “I had so much fun building Write Research and ultimately selling to a FTSE100 group. Since leaving the industry, I’ve missed the spirit and passion of those that worked closest with me.
“I’ve got a burning desire to build another successful business and we have a tremendous opportunity to do so with Talent Insight Group. Our mission is to illuminate, but also to give something back, by donating a percentage of our annual profits to charitable causes.”
