Tim brings 27 years’ research and insight experience, embracing sales, account management, delivery and general management.
Beginning his career as a Research Manager, Tim moved to traditional Executive Search and Selection with Adderley Featherstone plc before joining Glen Hall at Write Research Company in 2005.
Having held the positions of Group Director of New Business Development and Managing Director, he was proud to be part of the senior leadership team that sold the business to Capita Plc in 2013.
As a co-founder of Talent Insight Group in 2017, Tim’s role blends day to day general management, business development and client relationship management. He is passionate about research and working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional client service.
