Paul has 20 years' experience in talent research, mapping, insight, and pipelining, across new business development, client development and general management.
Most recently he held the position of Business Development Director for Penna, prior to being Business Development Director for Write Research Group and Capita Resourcing, working with private and public sector organisations to help them to overcome their hiring challenges via the provision of bespoke, agile, end-to-end workforce solutions.
Paul was proud to be part of the senior leadership team that sold the Write Research Group to Capita Plc in 2013 where he enjoyed working with clients on helping them to improve their talent acquisition processes and strategic business decision-making.
