Emma has six years’ experience within research and insight, with a focus on salary and reward benchmarking, and market perceptions and competitor analysis.
She joined the business from Hays Executive, where she led insight research projects across pay & reward benchmarking, location planning and analysis, public sector organisational restructures, industry mapping and socioeconomic reviews.
She has experience leading international projects in Europe, The Americas, Asia, and the Middle East.
Emma previously worked and lived in Canada and is working on her French fluency.
