Steve is a serial entrepreneur, experienced business leader and internationally recognised expert in building and delivering sales strategies that improve business performance. He was the sales director for Security Watchdog before being promoted to sales director for Capita’s People Solutions division.
Steve’s role will be to help Talent Insight Group’s board create a first-class sales & marketing function whilst ensuring clarity of positioning and value to maximise returns, performance and reputation.
