Talent Insight Group, a leading consultancy that works with organisations looking to make better informed strategic talent decisions, today announces the appointment of Victoria Scott as Head of People.
Victoria joins the business from Formica Europe where she was European Talent and Reward Manager. Victoria was responsible for establishing the talent and performance strategy and policies across 14 countries. Before this she worked as an HR consultant for both Mercer Consulting and Kerridge & Partners in New Zealand.
Victoria has a BA (Hons) and MA in History from the University of Edinburgh.
Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Glen Hall said, “Victoria is a significant hire and will lead our efforts to develop and improve our attraction, recruitment, development and retention capabilities internally. She will also lead the creation of a best-in-class talent management function to build the foundations for the company’s ambitious growth plans. After an exceptional twelve months, during which we have operated in forty markets globally, we are looking to strengthen our talent management capabilities in preparation for our significant growth plans across 2020 and beyond”.
