against traditional executive search, plus real-time data which helped to position reward at the right level
with our client saying they could have selected any of the final three
from start of the project to successful recruitment
Our client was looking to hire a London-based Knowledge Manager to act as a custodian of well-presented information to help improve marketing, sales and bidding activities. The remit of the role was to research, collect data, analyse and then produce a regular stream of meaningful technical papers to current and potential clients.
Nine close-fit CVs were generated from more than 60 approaches.
Seven candidates were taken through a 1st stage interview process, with three of those candidates invited back for a final meeting. An offer was made and accepted, although our client suggested that they could have easily hired either of the other two candidates on the shortlist.
Insights about reward, which were generated throughout the process, ensured that a competitive package was tailored for this newly-created position.
