Using real-time insight to guide decision making

We conducted real-time insight into three key pillars: total reward, attraction, and retention. This provided our client with a deep understanding of their competitors’ reward, attraction, and retention strategies, which allowed our client to fight back against several aggressive competitors.

Over the course of the next few months, our client introduced 75% of our overall recommendations, and we further engaged to provide search, mapping and pipelining services for both executive and volume recruitment.
