Our client was being targeted by a number of competitors across a number of key role families globally. This was having a negative effect on their attrition rates which would have a detrimental effect on our client’s ability to attract and retain key talent if it continued.
We conducted real-time insight into three key pillars: total reward, attraction, and retention. This provided our client with a deep understanding of their competitors’ reward, attraction, and retention strategies, which allowed our client to fight back against several aggressive competitors.
