At Talent Insight Group, we’re always looking for transformative ideas that reshape how we think about leadership and personal growth. We sat down with Natalie Hendricks, founder of Haûs of Change, a leadership development consultancy with a bold approach, starting from within. Here's what Natalie had to say about their mission, methods, and why 'whole self' leadership matters now more than ever.
It’s a shift from traditional models that separate professional development from personal growth. At Haûs, we believe how we show up as leaders is deeply influenced by who we are, our patterns, beliefs, and even our nervous systems. Leading from the whole self means bringing awareness to the internal narratives and habits that shape how we lead, live, and connect with others.
Because the world has changed. The old leadership playbook focused only on strategy and performance, no longer works in isolation. Organisations are made of humans, and humans are complex. Without self-awareness and alignment, leaders often operate on autopilot, repeating old patterns. That’s why culture change initiatives or coaching programmes sometimes fall flat. They don’t address the root cause.
It starts with curiosity. We hold an initial diagnostic conversation to understand what’s really going on, and often, the true need is beneath the surface. From there, we tailor the right support, whether it’s 1:1 Maturation Coaching, executive programmes, or culture transformation work. Everything we do centres around the body-mind connection and creating sustainable, inside-out change.
It’s a deeper form of coaching. Rather than focusing on goals and outcomes alone, we help individuals return to the present moment and gain awareness over the stories and beliefs that have shaped them. The idea is not to fix something that’s broken, but to mature into a more conscious, aligned version of yourself. That’s where true freedom and leadership potential lie.
Whether we’re supporting senior leadership teams, delivering the Thrive Leadership Programme, or running immersive retreats, the goal is the same: to unlock human potential. We blend strategic development with deep personal insight. When individuals transform, so do the cultures they lead. The ripple effect is very real.
Start by asking different questions, not just what do I need to do, but who am I being? Are your decisions driven by fear, habit, or genuine alignment? Do you notice patterns that keep showing up? Bringing curiosity to these questions opens the door to transformation. And from there, we’re here to guide the journey.
