David has 21 years' experience within talent research, insight and pipelining, across delivery, client development and general management.
Most recently he held the position of Practice Director: Consumer & Services for the Write Research Company, whom he joined in 2012. Post-acquisition, he also co-lead a director-level, business-wide talent pipelining program for the Capita board.
Prior to joining WRC, and at the age of 26, David was appointed Research Director for a boutique research business that predominantly delivered talent maps, passive candidates and market insights for executive search firms and the wider recruitment industry. He served this business for nine years.
David co-founded Talent Insight Group in 2017 alongside Glen Hall and Tim Gleave. He enjoys working with clients on helping them to improve their talent acquisition processes and strategic business decision-making.
In his spare time, David is a board member of DFCSG, a not-for-profit/voluntary organisation that is the majority shareholder of Darlington FC.
